NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Petition was presented by IAIN GEMMELL, residing at Twenty-two Briar Grove, Ayr, Ayrshire, KA7 3PD; JAMES MACKIE, residing at South Lodge Newfield, Symington, Kilmarnock, Ayrshire, KA2 9AP; JOHN MUIR MACKIE, residing at Fifteen Foulpapple Road, Birkhill Newmilns, KA16 9LB; MAY JENKINS MACKIE, residing at Fifteen Foulpapple Road, Birkhill Newmilns, KA16 9LB; and GAVIN ROSS WILSON SCOTT TURNBULL, residing at Three Bankview Crescent, Darvel, Ayrshire, KA17 0LB as directors of Balmoral Knitwear (Scotland) Limited on 13 February 2018 craving the Court inter alia to order BALMORAL KNITWEAR (SCOTLAND) LIMITED (Company Number SC007776) having its registered office at Burnawn Factory, Church Lane, Galston, Ayrshire, KA4 8HF be wound up by the Court and to appoint Interim Liquidators; in which Petition the Sheriff at Kilmarnock by Interlocutor dated 14 February 2018 ordained any parties claiming an interest in the Petition to lodge answers with the Sheriff Clerk at Kilmarnock within eight days after intimation, service and advertisement and meantime appointed Paul Dounis , Insolvency Practitioner, of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, First Floor, Quay 2, 139 Fountainbridge, Edinburgh, EH3 9QG and Steven Phillip Ross , Insolvency Practitioner, of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, 1 St James' Gate, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 4AD to be Joint Provisional Liquidators of the said Company until Interim Liquidators of the said Company are appointed or the said Petition is dismissed.
