Notice is given that under Rule 6.23 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 (“the Rules”) the company held was placed into creditors’ voluntary liquidation (insolvent liquidation) and Emma Louise Mifsud (IP number 21070) of Walsh Taylor, Oxford Chambers, Oxford Road, Guiseley, Leeds LS20 9AT was appointed Liquidator by the creditors on 11 December 2018.

Notice is hereby given, that the Liquidator of the company intends to make a first distribution to creditors. Creditors are required to prove their debts on or before 13 June 2019 by sending full details of their claims to the Liquidator at Walsh Taylor, Oxford Chambers, Oxford Road, Guiseley, Leeds LS20 9AT. Creditors must also, if so requested by the Liquidator, provide such further details and documentary evidence to support their claims as the Liquidator deems necessary.

The intended distribution is a first distribution and may be made without regard to any claims not proved by 13 June 2019. A creditor who has not proved his debt by that date, or who increases the claim in his proof after that date, will not be entitled to participate in the intended distribution, which will be made within two months of the last date for proving.
