Notice is hereby given that on 20th September 2017 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Forfar by Baldoukie Motors Limited craving the Court inter alia that Baldoukie Motors Limited having their Registered Office at Baldoukie Garage Tannadice, Forfar, Scotland and registered number SC218925 (“the Company”) should be wound up by the Court and an Interim Liquidator be appointed, following upon which Petition the Sheriff at Forfar by Interlocutor dated 20th September 2017 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Forfar within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement. All of which notice is hereby given.
