Notice is hereby given by John Anthony Dickinson and Robin Hamilton Davis, the conveners, that a meeting of the Creditors of the above named Company will be held at the offices of Carter Backer Winter LLP, 66 Prescot Street, London, E1 8NN on 1 March 2018 at 11.00 am. The purpose of the meeting is to; invite Creditors' to form a Committee, if appropriate and; appoint the nominated Liquidators, John Anthony Dickinson and Robin Hamilton Davis; and that a fee of ÂŁ1,500, plus VAT, be paid to Carter Backer Winter LLP, for the convening of the statutory meeting, which is to be drawn from the balance of funds held in the Liquidation Estate Account.

In order for their votes to be counted creditors must attend the meeting and vote either personally or by proxy, and must also have submitted proof of debt by no later than 4pm on the business day before the meeting (if not already lodged) and their proxy in advance of the meeting. Failure to do so will lead to their vote being disregarded.

The Conveners will, during the period before the date of the physical meeting, furnish creditors free of charge with such information concerning the Company's affairs as they may reasonably require.
