At a General Meeting of the above named Company duly convened and held at 1.45 pm on 5 November 2021, the following Resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Nicholas Cusack (IP No. 17490) of Parker Andrews Limited, 5th Floor, The Union Building, 51-59 Rose Lane, Norwich, NR1 1BY be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding up.”

“At the subsequent meeting of creditors the appointment of Nicholas Cusack was confirmed, and Yin Lee (IP 23292) of High Holborn House, 52-54 High Holborn, London WC1V 6RL was appointed as Joint Liquidator”.
