NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Petition was presented in Kilmarnock Sheriff Court by Francesco Bilsland Longo, 60 Bank Street, Kilmarnock, Ayrshire, Scotland, KA1 1ER on 16 November 2018 craving the Court inter alia to order that BAFFO PIZZA LIMITED (Company Number SC356227), having its registered office at 60 Bank Street, Kilmarnock, Ayrshire, Scotland, KA1 1ER be wound up by the Court and to appoint Joint Interim Liquidators; and in the meantime, to appoint Stuart Robb, Insolvency Practitioner, of Leonard Curtis Recovery Limited, Fourth Floor, 58 Waterloo Street, Glasgow G2 7DA and Julien Irving, Insolvency Practitioner, of Leonard Curtis Recovery Limited, Tower 12, 18/22 Bridge Street, Spinningfields, Manchester M3 3BZ as Joint Provisional Liquidators of the said company; in which Petition the Sheriff at Kilmarnock by Interlocutor dated 16 November 2018 appointed the said Stuart Robb and Julien Irving as Joint Provisional Liquidators with the powers contained in Part II and paragraph 6 of Part III of schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act and ordered all parties intending to appear in the Petition to lodge answers with the Sheriff Clerk at Kilmarnock within eight days after intimation, service and advertisement.
