A Petition to wind up the above-named company of B&A Group Bermondsey Limited (10301958) of The Retreat, 406 Roding Lane South, Woodford Green IG8 8EY, previously of 15-19 Bakery Street, London SE16 3GF, whose nature of business is Dental Practice activities, presented on Monday 18 May 2020, at 12:00 by NOTTING HILL HOME OWNERSHIP LIMITED, of Bruce Kenrick House, 2 Killick Street, London N1 9FL claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts of England and Wales, Insolvency and Companies List, The Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 01 July 2020, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
