“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that James Fennessey and Blair Milne, both of Azets Holding Limited, Titanium 1, King’s Inch Place, Renfrew, PA4 8WF, (IP Nos. 26690 and 18614) be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purpose of the voluntary winding-up.”
