A Petition to wind up the above-named Company whose registered office is at 41 Greek Street, Stockport, SK3 8AX, presented on 11 July 2022 by BRING DIGITAL LIMITED whose registered office is at Croxley House, 14 Lloyd Street, Manchester, M2 5ND, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company will be heard at Business and Property Courts of Manchester, Bridge Street West, Manchester, M60 9DJ on 6 September 2022 at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

This hearing will proceed in person.
