A Petition to wind-up the above-named Company of The Station House, 15 Station Road, St. Ives, Cambridge, PE27 5BH, which was presented to Peterborough County Court on the 23rd January 2019 by the COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SUNDERLAND, PO Box 100, Civic Centre, Burdon Road, Sunderland, SR2 7DN claiming to be Creditors of the Company, will be heard at the Peterborough County Court, Peterborough Combined Court Centre, Crown Buildings, Rivergate, Peterborough, PE1 1EJ on Thursday, 7th March 2019 at 3:55pm, or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard by the Court.

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition, (whether to support, or oppose the Petition), must give notice of the intention to do so to the Petitioner, or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 7.14 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 by 4.00pm on the Wednesday, 6 March 2019.
