A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of The Station House, 15 Station Road, St Ives, Cambridgeshire PE27 5BH, which was presented to Peterborough County Court on 10 May 2019 by THE ANGEL FOUNDATION of 27 Burrington Way, Plymouth PL5 3LR claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at The Peterborough County Court, Peterborough Combined Court Centre, Crown Buildings, Rivergate, Peterborough PE1 1EJ on 23 July 2019 at 2.10 pm, or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard by the Court.

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of the intention to do so to the Petitioner, or its Solicitor in accordance with rule 7.14 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 by 4 pm on Monday 22 July 2019.
