At a general meeting of the Company held virtually on 5 January at 2.30pm the following resolutions were passed:

Special resolution

1. That the Company be wound up voluntarily.

Ordinary resolution

2. That Timothy Townley and Danny Dartnaill of BDO LLP, Thames Tower, Level 12, Station Road, Reading, RG1 1LX be appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the voluntary winding-up of the Company. The Joint Liquidators are to act jointly and severally.
