A petition to wind up the above named Company of 48 Anson Road, Cambourne, CB23 6DQ presented on 6 February 2019 by the European Union, represented by the European Commission, represented by Luis Romero Requena claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at Manchester Civil Justice Centre, 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester M60 9DJ on 1 April 2019 at 10:00 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
