“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that James Bernard Stephen and Francis Graham Newton, both of BDO LLP, 4 Atlantic Quay, York Street, Glasgow, G2 8JX, (IP Nos. 9273 and 9310), be and are hereby appointed joint liquidators for the purposes of such winding up, and are to act jointly and severally.”
