"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Andrew Andronikou (IP No. 8806) and Michael Kiely (IP No. 9617) both of Quantuma Advisory Limited, High Holborn House, 52-54 High Holborn, London, WC1V 6RL be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up. Any act required or authorised under act enactment to be done by a Liquidator may be done by one of them."
