Notice is hereby given that a meeting of creditors pursuant to Paragraph 51 of Schedule B1 to the Insolvency Act 1986 (”the Act”) to consider the Administrator’s Proposals, will be held by correspondence, pursuant to Paragraph 58 of Schedule B1 to the Insolvency Act 1986. Any creditor wishing their vote to be counted must submit their vote to the Administrator’s office by 12.00 noon on 29 November 2017 (being the closing date specified on the Notice of Conduct Business by Correspondence) and must be accompanied with details in writing of the claim, unless this has already been provided. Any resolutions intended to be used for the purposes of the meeting must be submitted to the Administrators at or before the meeting. Any resolution is passed when a majority of those vote, have voted in favour.
