At a General Meeting of the above named Company duly convened, and held at Sphere Management, Elm House, St. Julian's Avenue, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 1GZ on 27 August 2019 at 3.30 pm, the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and as Ordinary Resolutions:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Rajnesh Mittal (IP No. 15674) and Miles Needham (IP No. 14372) both of FRP Advisory LLP, 2nd Floor, 170 Edmund Street, Birmingham, B3 2HB be and are hereby appointed Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up and that anything required or authorised to be done by the Liquidators be done by both or either of them."
