In accordance with Rule 4.106A Stephen Katz (IP No. 8681) and David Rubin (IP No. 2591) both of David Rubin & Partners, 26-28 Bedford Row, London, WC1R 4HE give notice that they were appointed Joint Liquidators of the LLP on 8 August 2017. Creditors of the LLP are required to send in their full names, their addresses and descriptions, full particulars of their debts or claims and the names and addresses of their solicitors (if any) to the Joint Liquidators of the LLP, and if so required by notice in writing, to prove their debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default shall be excluded from the benefit of any distribution.

The Joint Liquidators do not propose to summon a meeting of creditors under section 141 of the Insolvency Act 1986. The Joint Liquidators shall summon such a meeting if they are requested to do so by one-tenth in value of the LLP's creditors.
