“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Matthew Hoy and Gordon Johnston of HJS Recovery (UK) Ltd, Sentinel House, Ancells Business Park, Harvest Crescent, Fleet GU51 2UZ, be appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of such winding up. Where applicable, any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by a Joint Liquidator may be done by all or any persons for the time being holding such office.”
