At a General Meeting of the Members of the above named company, duly convened and held via a video conference call on 13 July 2020, the following resolutions were passed as a Special and Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Christopher Laughton (IP No. 6531) and Peter John Godfrey-Evans (IP No. 8794) both of Mercer & Hole, 21 Lombard Street, London, EC3V 9AH be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company, to act either jointly or severally.”
