Notice is hereby given that on 24 November 2020 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Hamilton Sheriff Court by Christine McBride, Munross House, Barnhead, Montrose DD10 9LL craving the Court inter alia that AXE Corporate Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company No. SC566274) and having it’s registered office at Suite G9 - Duart House Finch Way, Strathclyde Business Park, Bellshill, ML4 3PR (the "Company") be wound up by the Court and that Stuart Preston and Julie Tait, both Insolvency Practitioners, of Grant Thornton UK LLP, Level 8, 110 Queen Street, Glasgow G1 3BX be appointed as joint interim liquidators of the Company; in which Petition the Sheriff at Hamilton by interlocutor of 24 November 2020 appointed all parties claiming an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Hamilton Sheriff Court, Birnie House, Caird Park, Hamilton Business Park, Caird Street, Hamilton, ML3 0AL within eight days after intimation, advertisement and service, all of which notice is hereby given.
