NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 5.23 of the Insolvency (Scotland)(Receivership and Winding up) Rules 2018, that on 13 November 2019Ishbel Janice MacNeil (IP No. 1503) of WRI Associates Limited, Third Floor, Turnberry House, 175 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 2LB was appointed Liquidator of Axcess Recruitment Ltd by a deemed consent procedure. The nature of the business is recruitment consultants.

A liquidation committee has not been established. I do not intend to summon a meeting for the purpose of establishing a liquidation committee unless one tenth in value of the creditors require me to do so in terms of section 142(3) of the Insolvency Act 1986. All creditors who have not already done so are required to lodge their claims with me.
