“That the company be wound up voluntarily”; and

“That Jeremy Paul Oddie and Julie Webster of Mitchell Charlesworth LLP, Centurion House, 129 Deansgate, Manchester, M3 3WR, be appointed joint liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up.”

“That the Liquidators be authorised to act jointly and severally in the liquidation.”
