Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 16 September 2021 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Chris Newell (IP No. 13690) and Jo Leach (IP No. 15950) both of Quantuma Advisory Limited, 2nd Floor, Arcadia House, 15 Forlease Road, Maidenhead, SL6 1RX be appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."

This notice is given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 ("the Rules"). It is delivered by the Joint Liquidator of the Company and the convener of the meeting, Chris Newell of Quantuma Advisory Limited, 2nd Floor, Arcadia House, 15 Forlease Road, Maidenhead, SL6 1RX
