Notice is hereby given that on 4th November 2019 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Edinburgh Sheriff Court by Scottish Water Business Stream Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts, (company number SC294924), having its registered office at 7 Lochside View, Edinburgh, EH12 9DH craving the court inter alia that Awash Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts, (company number SC414597) and having its registered office at 5 Traprain Terrace, Haddington, East Lothian, EH41 3QD be wound up by the court and that a Liquidator be appointed, in which Petition the Sheriff at Edinburgh Sheriff Court by Interlocutor dated 4th November 2019 appointed all persons having an interest, if they intend to show cause why prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Edinburgh Sheriff Court within eight days after intimation, service and advertisement, under certification, and meantime, appoints Donald McKinnon Chartered Accountant and Insolvency Practitioner of Wylie & Bisset LLP, 168 Bath Street, Glasgow, G2 4YP to be Liquidator of the Company with the powers specified in Parts 4 and 5 of part 2 of schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986, all of which notice is hereby given.
