At a general meeting of the above named Company, duly convened and held at Carter Backer Winter LLP, 66 Prescot Street, London E1 8NN on 6 September 2022, at 3.00 pm the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively: "That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Joseph Walter Colley (IP No. 21712) and John Anthony Dickinson (IP No. 9342) both of Carter Backer Winter LLP, 66 Prescot Street, London, E1 8NN be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately.”
