At a general meeting of the members of the above named company duly convened and held at Bridgepark, Clashandorran, Beauly, Inverness-shire IV4 7AN on 6 May 2019 at 3.00 pm the following written resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Stewart MacDonald (IP No. 8906) of Scott-Moncrieff, 12/13 Alma Square, Scarborough, YO11 1JU be and he is hereby appointed liquidator for the purpose of such winding up and that any power conferred on him by the company, or by law, be exercisable by him alone."
