Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 8 November 2018, as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company cannot by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that is is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Maxine Reid (IP No. 11492) and Sean Bucknall (IP No. 18030) both of Quantuma LLP, 3rd Floor, 37 Frederick Place, Brighton, BN1 4EA be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up.”
