"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Tauseef A Rashid (IP No. 9718) and Rehan Ahmed (IP No. 20390) both of Quantuma Advisory Limited, 14 Derby Road, Stapleford, Nottingham, NG9 7AA be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up.
