“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Anthony Collier (IP No. 18910) and Benny Woolrych (IP No. 10550) both of FRP Advisory LLP, 4th Floor, Abbey House, 32 Booth Street, Manchester M2 4AB licensed insolvency practitioners, be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the voluntary winding up.”
