In order to rank for dividend and vote at meetings, creditors are required to complete a Proof of Debt (form 4.7 Scot). Any creditor who has not already done so should send the completed form, together with supporting documentation, to Thomas Campbell MacLennan at Suite 2B, Johnstone House, 52-54 Rose Street, Aberdeen, AB10 1UD. Claim must be submitted no later than 8 weeks before the end of an accounting period in order to rank for any dividend declared for that accounting period. The first accounting period ends on 2 March 2019 and claims should be lodged by no later than 5 January 2019. Once a claim has been submitted, it is deemed to be resubmitted for all subsequent accounting periods and meetings.
