A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Avantis Living Limited (11997084) of Knightsbridge House, Rooley Lane, Bradford BD4 7SQ, whose nature of business is Combined facilities support activities, educational support services and other residential care activities not elsewhere classified, presented on Monday 21 June 2021, at 00:00 by CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL, of 2nd Floor Britannia House, Hall Ings, Bradford BD1 1HX claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts in Manchester, 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester M60 9DJ on Monday 25 October 2021, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
