At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened and held at 12.30 pm on 18 February 2021 at 23 Lindale Lane, Wrenthorpe, Wakefield, WF2 0PN, the following resolutions were passed as Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Paul Andrew Whitwam (IP No. 8346) and Mark Hodgett (IP No. 24990) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Minerva, 29 East Parade, Leeds, LS1 5PS be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the voluntary winding up."
