Notice is hereby given that the Directors of the above named Company are seeking deemed consent from creditors on the nomination of Joint Liquidators. A resolution to wind up the Company is to be considered on 5 November 2019.

The proposed decision is in respect of the appointment of Benjamin Wiles and Paul Williams as Joint Liquidators of the Company and the decision date is 23.59 hours on 5 November 2019.

To object to the proposed decision, you must deliver a notice in writing, with a proof of debt (unless one has already been submitted), stating that you do so to Benjamin Wiles of Duff & Phelps, The News Building, Level 6, 3 London Bridge Street, London, SE1 9SG or by email to megan.urquhart@duffandphelps.com no later than 23.59 hours on 5 November 2019, the decision date, failing which your objection will be disregarded.

Benjamin Wiles and Paul Williams are persons qualified to act as insolvency practitioners in relation to the Company who, during the period before the decision date, will furnish creditors free of charge with such information concerning the Company's affairs as they may reasonably require.
