A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Hardcores House, Rawson Spring Road, Sheffield S6 1PD presented on 4 December 2017 by LEEDS CITY COUNCIL of PO Box 360, Leeds LS2 8JR , claiming to be a creditor of the company, will be heard at Leeds District Registry, The Courthouse, Oxford Road, Leeds on 12 June 2018 at 10.30 am (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard.

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of that intention to do so to the Petitioning Creditor or its solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 4.00 pm on 11 June 2018
