A Petition to wind up the above named Company of BMC, 91 Squires Gate Lane, Blackpool, FY4 1QW, presented on 23 August 2022 by the Company acting by Nicola Jane Kirk and Ruth Elizabeth Harris of ABBEY TAYLOR LIMITED of Unit 6, Twelve O'Clock Court, 21 Attercliffe Road, Sheffield, S4 7WW, the Joint Supervisors of the failed Company Voluntary Arrangement of the Company will be heard on 7 November 2022 at 10:30am at The County Court at Preston, Preston, Lancashire, PR1 2LL, England (or as soon thereafter that the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear at the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioners or their solicitor in accordance with Rule 7.14 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 by 4.00pm on 4 November 2022.
