Notice is hereby given that the Joint Supervisors in this matter intend declaring a first and final dividend to unsecured creditors who are required on or before 1 November 2017, being the last date for proving, to submit their claims to Paul David Williams, of Duff & Phelps Ltd, The Shard, 32 London Bridge Street, London, SE1 9SG and provide such further details or produce such documentation or other evidence as to support the claim. A creditor who has not proved his debt before the last date for proving is not entitled to disturb, by reason that he has not participated in it, any dividend subsequently declared. The dividend will be declared within the period of two months from the last date for proving.
