At a general meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 14 Derby Road, Stapleford, Nottingham, NG9 7AA on 14 May 2019 the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

"That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up the same and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily and that Tauseef Ahmed Rashid (IP No. 9718) of Kingsland Business Recovery, 14 Derby Road, Stapleford, Nottingham, NG9 7AA be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding up."
