Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 4.54 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 (as amended), that the Liquidator has summoned a general meeting of the Company’s creditors for the purpose of appointing a Liquidation Committee and, if no Committee is appointed, considering resolutions fixing the basis of the Liquidator’s remuneration. The meeting will be held at 1 Kings Avenue, Winchmore Hill, London N21 3NA on 30 June 2016 at 11.00 am.

In order to be entitled to vote at the meeting, creditors must lodge their proxies with the Liquidator at 1 Kings Avenue, Winchmore Hill, London N21 3NA by no later than 12 noon on the business day prior to the day of the meeting (together with a completed proof of debt form if this has not previously been submitted).
