Notice is hereby given that on 01 July 2019 a petition was presented to Glasgow Sheriff Court by Simon George Hughes (the Petitioner) a director of Auto Electrical Solutions Scotland Ltd (in Liquidation) craving the Court inter alia to grant the Petitioner leave pursuant to section 216(3) of the Insolvency Act 1986 (the “Act”) to be a director quoad SHAP Holdings Ltd (SC627353), AES Fleet Solutions Limited (SC627359) and a new company to be named Auto Electrical Specialists Scotland Limited which trade or shall trade as “The AES Group” and/or are known by the name “AES” or “the AES” or “Auto Electrical Solutions Scotland” or “Auto Electrical Solutions” and to be concerned or take part in the promotion, formation or management of such companies and to be concerned or take part in the carrying on of a business under such names, notwithstanding that such companies and businesses are or shall be known by prohibited names in terms of the Act; in which Petition Sheriff J McCormick by Interlocutor dated 03 July 2019 appointed all parties claiming an interest must lodge answers with the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow, Sheriff Court House, 1 Carlton Place, Glasgow, G5 9DA within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement, under certification; all of which notice is hereby given.
