“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that David Frederick Shambrook (IP No. 22290) and Anthony John Wright (IP No. 10870) both of FRP Advisory LLP, 2nd Floor, 110 Cannon Street, London, EC4N 6EU be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up."
