Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 3 February 2021 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its current and/or impending liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same under a Creditors Voluntary Liquidation and that Sandra McAlister (IP No. 9375) and Simon Thomas Barriball (IP No. 11950) both of HBG Insolvency Ltd, 10 St Helens Road, Swansea, SA1 4AW be appointed Joint Liqudiators for the purposes of the voluntary winding up of the company and that they be authorised to act jointly and separately."

The appointment of Simon Thomas Barriball and Sandra McAlister was confirmed by a deemed consent process which was completed on 3 February 2021.
