A Petition to wind up the above-named Company, Registration Number 09258618, of, 3rd FLOOR, 82 KING STREET, MANCHESTER, LANCASHIRE, M2 4WQ, whose principal nature of business is television programme production activities, presented on 22 March 2019 by STEPHEN FREDERICK MARTIN of 1 Grove Gardens, 37 Grove Road, Beaconsfield, South Bucks, HP9 1PE claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court, Royal Courts of Justice, 7 Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on 15 May 2019 at 10:30 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of that intention to the Petitioner in accordance with Rule 7.14 by 16:00 hours on 14 May 2019.
