Sean Williams (IP No. 11270) and Phil Deyes (IP No. 9089) of Leonard Curtis, 2 West Regent Street, Glasgow G2 1RW were appointed Joint Interim Liquidators of the Company on 20 February 2017 by Dundee Sheriff Court.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 138 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a meeting of creditors of the Company will be held at Leonard Curtis Business Solutions Group, Third Floor, 2 West Regent Street, Glasgow, G2 1RW on 3 April 2017 at 10:30am for the purposes of choosing a liquidator, presenting the report of the Joint Interim Liquidators and, should the meeting think fit, of determining whether or not to establish a Committee of Creditors and who are to be the Members of that committee, if established.

Creditors whose claims are unsecured, in whole or in part, are entitled to attend and vote in person or by proxy providing that their claims (and proxies) have been submitted and accepted at the meeting or lodged beforehand at the office of the Joint Interim Liquidators.

A resolution will be passed when a majority in value of those voting have voted in favour of it.
