Notice is hereby given that on 11 November 2016 a petition was presented to the Sheriff at Dundee by Gail Mullard craving the Court inter alia, that Attercopia Scotland Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts with company number SC197644 and having its registered office at Suite 1.1, The Old Flour Mill, 34 Commercial Street, Dundee, DD1 3DG be wound up and that an interim liquidator be appointed, in which petition the Sheriff, by interlocutor dated 11 November 2016, ordained any persons having an interest, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Dundee Sheriff Court within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement, under certification, and in the meantime nominated and appointed Thomas Campbell MacLennan of FRP Advisory, Apex 3, 95 Haymarket Terrace, Edinburgh, EH12 5NB to be provisional liquidator of the Company and authorised him to exercise the powers contained in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part II of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986, of all of which notice is hereby given.
