Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 4.54 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 (as amended), that the Joint Liquidators have summoned a general meeting of the Company’s creditors at the request of a creditor under s171(2)(b) of the Insolvency Act 1986 and Rule 4.114-CVL(1) of the Insolvency Rules 1986 for the purpose of replacing the Joint Liquidators with Richard Keley and Michael Solomons of BM Advisory LLP. The meeting will be held at Wilkins Kennedy LLP, Bridge House, London Bridge, London SE1 9QR on 12 April 2017 at 10.00 am. In order to be entitled to vote at the meeting, creditors must lodge their proxies with the Joint Liquidators at Wilkins Kennedy LLP, Bridge House, London Bridge, London SE1 9QR, by no later than 12.00 noon on the business day prior to the day of the meeting (together with a completed proof of debt form if this has not previously been submitted).
