"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Nicholas W Nicholson (IP No 9624) and Dominic Dumville (IP No 17890) of Haslers, Old Station Road, Loughton, Essex, IG10 4PL be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company, and that they be outhorised to act jointly and separately."
