(1) HELVETIC IMMO HOLDINGS SARL (reg. no. B194943) of 21 Boulevard de la Petrusse, L2320 Luxembourg; and

(2) TANZANITE INVESTMENTS LIMITED (reg. no. 1007250) of MMG Building, Sir Francis Drake Highway, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands.

(the Petitioners) claiming to be creditors of the company, will be listed in public in the general winding-up list.
