A meeting of creditors of the above-named company has been summoned by the liquidator, under Rule 4.54 of the Insolvency Act 1986 for the purpose of:-

1. That the Liquidator be authorised to draw his remuneration on the basis of time incurred in dealing with the Liquidation, with sanction to draw fees on account as and when funds allow;

2. Any outstanding fees and disbursements of the administrator will be taken as a first charge against any realisations made by the liquidator;

3. That the Liquidator be authorised to draw the Category 2 disbursements incurred in dealing with the Liquidation, with sanction to draw these fees on account as and when funds allow;

4. That the liquidator will be able to destroy the books and records of the company after twelve months of the dissolution;

5. That Marshall Peters Limited be reimbursed for all properly incurred category 1 disbursements relating to payments to an individual third party generally comprising of external supplies of incidental services;

6. That the Liquidator be able to appoint solicitors of his choice;

7. That the administrator be discharged from liability in respect of any action of his as Administrator in accordance with paragraph 98 of Schedule B1 to The Insolvency Act 1986;
