Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 11 February 2020 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Paul Ellison (IP No. 007254) and Gareth Roberts (IP No. 8826) both of KRE Corporate Recovery LLP, Unit 8, The Aquarium, 1-7 King Street, Reading, RG1 2AN be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
